| The name "Adélia" was my Grandmothers' name it is my middle name. It means "Of Noble Descent" What started as only a dream the day we boarded our friend Howard's sailling vessel (Quan Yin) for a day sail off the Santa Barbara Coast in August 1999 has become our reality. Adélia set sail October 2006 on an extended journey and we hope you will follow along.
